I wouldn't consider selling the books with client information, I've got 10 years worth stored and they have never and will never leave my posession.....

I agree that ebooks are queer. I'd write the book, not as a how-to, but as your personal experiences. You can change enough names and places to protect your family. And then intersperse the little stories and poems from the diary in your book. Like maybe one at the beginning of each chapter.
