Shit like this annoys the hell out of me. This is a part of the black community that is holding back any real chance of racial harmony. In a way, it's even worse than the white equivalent, because whites supremacists usually want nothing at all to do with black people. But these groups seem to be all about racial equality when it suits them, and then turn up the racial rhetoric at any situation that just happens to involve a black person and a white person.
