Warning! Dwhs "bug"
We're sorry for temporary unavailability of our resourses which was caused by
rude and non-understandable actions of our ex hosting provider. All of our services will be back online as soon as they will be rebuilt. If you're interested here is the story: Several days ago (20.03.04) we have noticed our mail and website is down. Whan we asked hoster's support they told us that our software causing CPU overload. However instead of turning off website, they dropped NS record, so we're cut off our mail also. All of this was going on the background of very very low activity in answers from support. While we were trying to find a solution 5 days last. So we decided not to continue any cooperation with this hosting providers. Here I should notice that while this period we received lots of proposals of help with hosting from our friends and clients, we thanks them very much. Ronny - you are the best =) Finally we picked another hoster, changed DNS. But we haven't received our files yet. So it seems all information which was placed on server is dead. Possibly because of low technical skills of their stuff. Their support evades to communicate with us about our files on their server using different reasons - from "advertising trip" to "unwilling to work with customers who threaten them". The only thing that was mentioned in our communication and could be count as threatening was possibility of discussing their behavior on this board. They even put our backup email address to their spam-list. Why? Maybe this is another reason to evade answering to our messages? So we're informing our customers and possible clients of temporary inaccesability of our online resources and warning other webmasters from making business with that provider. I'll finaly reveal it's name - DWHS (www.dwhs.com) Well, our address remains the same - www.mixphoto.com Best regards. Mixphoto. P.S. for DWHS guys. Have a nice advertising campaign.
