Im fairly fit, my bodyfat percentage is 15%, so im not fat or anything, but I have decided I want to see my abs, so Im gonna start excercising daily and I am cutting out ALL the fast food from my diet. Normally I woiuld eat 1 fast food meal per day, alot of fat overall, I absolutly never paid attention to what I ate thinking I was young and my body could handle it, but I am now cutting it all out. Gonna have 1 cheat day a week where I eat anything, but how much fast food do you eat and how often? And what would it take for you to cut it out?
How much fastfood do you eat and what would make you not want to eat it anymore?

I almost never eat fast food. I try to eat very lean and pretty much the same thing everyday. I allow 1 cheat day out of the week for my diet so I don't go crazy. When im in my bulking cycle, it's a different story...i buy massive xxx dating traffic.Comment

it's incredible how clean and healthy you feel once you start eating lean (only grilled meats, steamed veggies, only drink water , etc.). after you get adjusted to a certain regiment, you don't even care to eat greasy foods. alot of you fat webmasters should try it LOLi buy massive xxx dating traffic.Comment

I'll have Wendy's once or twice a week and pizza once every 2 weeks. Now when I say I eat pizza, it's only 1 or 2 slices. And my trips to Wendy's include a burger and small fries.
Other than that I eat pretty well, lots of red meat though. I'll never give that up, it's too damn tasty.
I drink 3-4 cans of soda a day though, which I am trying to cut back to 2. A glass of juice for breakfast, soda for lunch, water for times of thirst, and another soda for dinner should do the trick.PHAT SERVERS - Quality dedicated hosting at a quality price!

Actually, you'd be surprised. McDonald's food is 90% water. It's the "Freedom Fries" that will get ya. Eat all the BigMacs you want, because there's not much of anything in them.

I am not big fan of junk food, I had it couple times in US, but I am happy that I don´t like it.
Some of my friends are loving this food and I can tell they are putting on their weights a lot!!!!
I prefer some seafood, sushi. Is somebody fan of sushi? I like this food a lot!Comment

almost never (btw--chick fillet is the best and most likely healthiest)
BUT--the other day I saw people protesting outside KFC--something about what they do to the chickens....These fucken people like they have nothing else to do...So just to spite them I ate there and it was fucken delicsious....Comment

Im about 5'11" and 150-155, with about 10-12% BF. Ive been trying to gain weight but It seems I just cant. Ive been drinking all kind of shakes and all, nothing is helping...Speaking of abs, I havent worked out in about a week now.
Oh, and I eat fast food alot - mabye thats why.
Eat chicken and fish..very good for you.
