Hit 'em with a toolbar, pays .15 weekdays .20 weekends:
SearchBarCash and Gamma's program (.15) is good also: ToolBarCash (my 404 does about 1:9 with both programs BTW) |

Set up a 404 trap, and hit them with consoles;
FPCTraffic for an entry console and, ExitForCash for an exit console
