i know they have one of the best physical/sports therapy institutes in the world in Whistler. maybe i should go there (i know it won't be cheap lol)?

you should do what I say :)

Just remeber that a pretty hood number of 'back probs' are actually medical ones. Hence the testing of those things to rule them out first. ;-)p

If you went down hard recently. odds are you thru the spine out down in the (I think our doc said) lumbar region. She laid me on my side with one leg bent at the knee over my other right at the side of the table, Put her knee on my nebt one, one hand on my hip, and the other on my shoulder and BAM!

Want to see stars?! Ouch! Then she did it to the other side. REALLY ouch! I was sore for a couple of days but wow. It was totally gone after that. :)

My lower back had hurt for a couple of yrs from a slip in high heels on a dance stage where one of the gfy idiots big brothers thought it would be funny to pour their drink on the stage while I was dancing. He doesn't go see girls anymore. lol The bouncers spoke to him out back for awhile.

I get that adjustment almost every visit - great for hip and low back probs. There is even a stretch where you can partially do that move yourself.
