WTF is the point of getting a car alarm if you are not going to get one that has starter kill?

You know how many times I see a car driving down the street with the car alarm going off?

lol, not around my place -- shit, I dunno what the area is called.. its by the cemetary by the 15 & 805. Pure ghetto over there. But I got a few friends that live out there and I visit them often.
