Definitely a great state to live in.
Last year I took a trip in a car with 2 friends from FL to California and back....and there's nowhere else that I'd rather live.
If I had to move....it would be between San Diego and Phoenix. They're both real nice cities.Comment

My uncle use to live in Highland right off 98 I believe really close to Lakeland. His house was fabulous, enclosed swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 car garaage, livinging room, dining room , library, office, I think 4 bathrooms, all brand new, hell he ever designed the house himself and paid less than 200k for it. Its a hell of a nice area down there and the cost of living is the lowest I have seen it anywhere.Comment

Lakeland area is good, but getting busier by the day....I like it because you can build a house for 100-150k and get alot of space. The traffic is building up more and it is hard to see any spaces driving toward Tampa. Give it 20 years and it will be one big city.Originally posted by Mr Exotic
