Definately check out Fast Size.

IMHO, surfers are tired of all the penis pill advertisements out there, and with all the reports on their ineffectiveness, they're beginning to see the light.

Actual physical enchancers like Fast Size are quite a bit different, and the surfers are able to realize that... not depending on a pill.
