It's the people who are just ask quick to lower their prices as they are to raise them. They ruin it for everyone else, sponsors don't want to pay much but to a very few because most of these people who sold their sig one time, then posted 2000 times that month, come back asking for triple what they got the month before.

So we end up with sponsors asking you to post 2000 times a month, or they sit and wait for all the whores who have raised their prices because they sold one time, to drop their prices to $50 and then they'll still post 1000 times for that $50.

That's the reaction I got, my price has stayed the same and so have my posts. But sponsors asking me to post more or post 2000 times in a month and shit, or lower my price to $100.

This is so true. A college student could come into the business and do well with an extra $100 a month. That's about 1000 free gigs to play with. Look at it that way and use it wisely.

I don't think its the money money. I think its the money ego. Someone thinks they're a GFY celeb and when they don't get bids to validate that they go into panic mode.

IMO, last month's sig market was more active and had more buyers. A lot fewer people ended up selling their sigs this month. I personally got offers for less than half of what I make just from webmaster referrals.

Oh well, I like having my best converting sponsor in my sig anyways :glugglug
