Xuppa.com. They sell this "clicked banner traffic". For instance the banner will say "CLICK HERE FOR ROMANCE" and you pay per clicks on the different cats. Thousands of clicks, not ONE free email sign up. Apparently they've sent other people here fake traffic too.
