I'm not sure about commercial videos, but I think you have to obtain permission before using something previously recorded. I'm not in the content biz though so I may be wrong.

right now the current trailer has a kinda rnb/hiphop beat to it and im in the middle of creating a new trailer for something for affilates and just wanna get the perfect mix
 i have something but im sure espn and a few bands would be pissed :P |
