Phatservers, when I need support...
they always answer in a few minutes!!!
Great job guys, in this crazy internet world I hate to have to wait even a couple of hours when I want something done. Phatservers is the only service I use that NEVER leaves me hanging

Yep...
My record with them is 4 minutes from email to support to reply from Mike saying "all fixed." Those guys have the fastest support on the web bar none.

i have been with them for 2 years or something.. they have had some downtime but on an average i'm very satisfied with there services and support.
my record is 1 minute from e-mail to reply 'all fixed' but once it was 12-15hrs or something, and the emergency e-mail bounced and there support phone number was a machine... 12-15hrs downtime, not good :/ ... i still recommend them though. |
