I will again post here because I have exhausted all other means of getting a message to you without any result.

Consider this your notice (I know a message board does not stand as an "official" notice) that I want my money refunded. The PayPal account in question is not yours, so before I make a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company and screw the person you used to take my money also, I thought I would give you one more chance to do the right thing.

It's in your hands now man, do the right thing.

and the paypal account is mine and i use it for a lot of things + to pay my baby things so it would be nice if you don't scrap my things up, i don't know about that storie and its not my businnes but DON'T touch my shit. (paypal)

If this is your account and you let him use it then I gather you know how to get in contact with him. Can you please ask him to contact me and/or arrange for the return of my money?

I would have rather not have done it this way, but from the very first thread (the contest one) I have have been up-front about the entire project including what was involved and who it was for. Through ICQ the discussion I went into greater detail with him and he knew I needed the work finished asap. This was not a huge financial deal, but it could have led to much more profitable work in the future. I feel really let down knowing that I did not hesitate to sent the money as soon as I got a hold of him after the contest. Hell, the other winner of the contest got notified immediately as well. I'v been trying to send him money for 2 weeks and he keeps forgetting to send me the invoice. I always go out of my way to make sure people are paid, even if it means having to go through the collections procees if I get screwed.

I have given him several opportunites to work this out, but he has instead decided to ignore me, so this was my last resort.

Ah, yes, it was for a design for daytonbodyjewelry.com. He was doing a logo for the site. I can forward you the PayPal reciepts if you give me your e-mail address.

i know he had problems with the guy that was going to do the logos, maybe he ws just to busy, because were mooving, but im shur he will contact you on this don't worry i'll let him know when he comes back tonight

like i said he was really busy but the guy that was supposed to do the logo for him never did it

i know its bad, but not dre's fault i know he had to give the money back to another person for the same reason because of that stupid idiot who's to lazy to do the job(not b/f the other guy)
so give him the chance to talk to you before saying things like that, all people i know have been really satisfied with his business cards so far, i even went to vegas to get some cards their cause ups was taking to much time and they would not get their cards in time, so don't worry if he has to pay you back he will, try to be patient a little until he comes home , i know its sucks but its the only thing i can do for right now.
