You're exposing yourself to legal liabilities creating fraud lists without any kind of substantiation and verification of facts. This is why we have a legal system to deal with such matters. Its a process governed by laws not by every Tom Dick and Harry coming up with their own system.

If there is one thing I've seen in this biz, there are always two sides to every story. A lot of BS statements are made against others that in actuality have no merit. Sometimes just out of jealousy, or vindictivness to try and ruin someone's rep for the fuck and fun of it.

A lot of guys have good intentions and for whatever reason the cash flow wasn't planned well or they lose their merchant account or something happens and their whole program goes into chaos. In desperation they try everything to keep the boat afloat. Checks bounce. Webmaster start screaming scam scam scam. Is that fraud? Is that really fraud? Not in my book.

I would never endorse or believe any lists without solid proof someone is truly fraudulent and had full malicious intent to deceive someone else.

Why do I let myself get sucked into these stupid thread by this guy? Oh yeah...cause I enjoy poking fun at him and his cut and paste responses.

I brought what on myself?..your pathetic attempts at making me look bad? Tell you what Dave, if people don't want to do business with me based on what YOU say that is fine by me.

Oh...and dave?...I am at a loss here. In many past threads you have said that I DID shave you. Yet in this thread i only TRIED to shave you? which is it?

What does the fact that you leased some pay site content from us have to do with us supposedly shaving or trying to shave your traffic?

send off your e-mails...you never did anser my question. If you have sold off your domains and are getting out of this Business...why do you care?

Writting checks that bounce is a textbook example of fraud. Every state in the country has a check fraud law.

If someone is trying to keep something afloat, writing bum checks is a very poor way to do it. Do they expect that the bank is gonna clear the checks? Not only do you have to pay the orginal amount, but then the banking fees and you might get your ass thrown in jail.

If you dont have the money in your account, you dont write checks. Period.

Your better off simply telling your webmasters that this, that and the other went to hell and you will take care of the situatiuon - and then do it. You volunteer such information right away, instead of waiting for people to come looking for it and then making them pry it out of you. Some people scream fraud a bit early, but usually this is because thier requests to the "where is my money" question have been ignored.

Most people have only themselves to blame for the failure of thier business. Customers are an amazing species, if you treat them with just a tiny bit of respect and don't lie to them they can be extemely sympatetic and understanding.

Hello? Have you ever operated a large affiliate program?

You know how many banks have fucked over adult companies in this business and not given them notice that they put a hold on their bank accounts? Meanwhile all their checks start bouncing.
