Six Feet Under

I like Oz and Sopranos so I thought I'd give this other HBO show a chance. Most of the way throught season 1 so far. It's a weird show...not bad...but definitely not as addicting as the other two. I was addicted to Sopranos and Oz after the first disc.

I know what you mean... I can't get into Six Feet Under. I tried watching it several times and end up getting bored.

The show does have it's moments though. I try to catch an episode here and there when I can.

It's still on? If so, I have no idea. I'm watching the DVDs.

It's a pretty good show.. I was hooked on Oz for a long time, not so much the sopranos though.

I really enjoyed dead like me, i'm not sure on what stations that played in the states though.

Six Feet Under is one of the best shows on HBO and t.v.
Unlike other H.B.O shows, sopranos, Six Feet Under gets better every season.
The writing is top notch and I think the best on t.v. The head writer and creator is Alan Ball, the guy who wrote American Beauty. It's very rare a writer wins an oscar then creates and writes a show on cable. Instead of banking in movies, he deceided to make good t.v and hbo give him the freedom to do whatever he wants.
Six Feet Under is one of the best and most underrated shows in a while.

I think Six Feet Under is an awesome show. Definitely as good as Sopranos, Oz, and Curb.

When is the new season coming out? I've been watching all the back seasons on comcasr digital cable.

What is The Wire about?

has some of the best character development I have ever seen. Season 1 was good but the whole thing is just like an intro to the characters. Every one of them has moved on in such three dimensional ways but especially David, what a well written and acted character!!

Can't wait for season 4.

I've seen most Season One so far on Showcase and I love it!
I'm probably gonna go out and rent all the DVDs.

The show is pretty vague to me. It only appeals to a few people, or you just have to start the series form the beginning to be able to catch the drift.

you definetly have to watch from the start to be able to fully appreciate it.

i first watched an episode from season 2 which pique my interest, but i still found it confusing. when they started playing it on showcase, i watched from the start and loved it.

I didn't know that. That explains why the show reminds me so much of American Beauty. His dialogue.

Six Feet Under is a great show! I really like Soprano's and used to dig Oz before they cancelled it. Forget network stations, HBO has the best original series.

What about "Curb Your Enthusiasm"? I like it but Larry David's pretty wack.
