Damn Popup Ads!

I keep getting these damn popups in IE every now and then. Only happens on maybe 10% of new page loads, but it's getting annoying. I've tried Ad-Aware 6.0, Google Toolbar, and Panda Online Scan, but they didn't seem to fix/block it. The popup ads seem to be for legitimate products, often related to the page I'm viewing (ie. political ads if I open CNN.com). Anybody got an idea how to kill this crap?

I mentioned in my original message that I'm already running Google Toolbar, and that used to block all popups until I hit some TGP that installed something onto my machine. I'll try SpyBot... thanks!

Run msconfig and delete programs that you don't use from startup. I think that one of them do that.
