Bore me? Luv, I'm fascinated by your ongoing history with that guy. I don't think I can recall a post of yours that even came close to boring me actually.

Getting his just deserts sounds great. Based on what you've already told me, I hope those just deserts are huge and..... nasty. :D

If someone were to touch anyone in my family, i would fuck them up. Something like sexual abuse or rape.. i don't think i would hesitate taking a bat to someone's face. The guy that molested someone very close to me is just lucky he's already dead.

radical 03-23-2004 08:22 AM

Nobody can really answer what it would take for them to kill! Everybody has their own breaking point to which they would actually kill people but it takes a lot to do it!! Especially with civilians who have no or little experience in combat!

There is a big difference between having a punch up to actually killing someone and it is also easy to say here if someone harmed your family or loved ones then you would kill, you maybe should have a think about what you really think about the subject!

I have witnessed whole families getting wiped out in Bosnia and it's not a good thing to see, I still have nightmares to this day about it! Nothing can prepare you for actually killing people, you may train for every scenario but psychologically nothing can prepare you for it!!

There has actually been a study into soldiers and combat stress, most soldiers at the time of killing don't feel it due to adrenaline pumping etc and all hell breaking loose but afterwards when it is calm they break down!! Images come back to haunt them! They actually found out that the further you are away from your intended target the easier it is for you to deal with and it's true!! It's easier to kill someone through a lense than what it is face to face!!

It might be easy to kill a person at the time but just remember there's an aftermath to deal with, one that will haunt you for the rest of your life!

Well...the latest sordid details...

You'll likely remember I may my last payment to him a year ago this month. When we split I told him he'd be scraping by and bankrupt by the time he was 50 and he just laughed. Well.. I was 3 years late on my guess.

They bought a 50 year old 1100 sq ft house in Dec of 2002 for $167K. Because his first wife was after him for past due child support, they put the house and financing in his SO's name. They made about 4 or 5 payments on it and stopped. It went up for auction in foreclosure in Feb. I was tracking the auction and the day before it was due, it was postponed due to client bankruptcy.

Knowing that there's nothing you can't find on the Net, I went looking for local bankruptcy filings and found their Chapter 13 documents. Interesting sidelight to this, is that on Valentine's Day (just a few days before the filing) they got married. In looking at the documents they had no choice but to get married if they wanted to keep the house in the Chapter 13 debt repayment. Chapter 13 creates a budget for you, deducts anything beyond that budget from your paycheck. Since they somehow "forgot" to list that they have failing partnership business (with assets that should be counted) the SO would not show enough income to cover the house payment if she were to have filed Chapter 13 alone. She only shows a small monthly disability payment ( yeah one of those people). So I'm certain when they went to see a n attorney, he told them the only way it would fly would be if they were married (something he was adament about NOT doing).

Well in the midst of this I also discovered he convently left off the debt he owes his first wife for past due child support. I let her know the info necessary to give her attorney to file against the bankruptcy.

So... bottom of the story is... after all that money over 3 years that he received from me with nothing to show for it.... in less than 12 months he's had two vehicles repossessed, a house go to foreclosure, all his mass of credit cards closed down, had to take a job as a courier for some place and has some 30 or 40 creditors on his ass.

He'll be living his life waiting for that winning lottery ticket.

Some might say I'm a bit obsessed with it. Well walk in my shoes, have someone gouge you for the kind of money he did, and see if you walk can walk away blindly and not wait with relish for that person to get what's coming to him.

I have been in a hand to hand combat suitation when a guy and girl tried to mug me once. I was caught totally off guard walking home and He pulled a knife on me and demanded my money.

She punched out my GF that was walking with me...as this all happened, I noticed a car fulla guys there and this was a set up.

I had a bottle of pepsi ( still when they were glass bottles) and slammed his girl her in the head from the side. Blood everywhere and she's screaming for her life now...Then, as the guys were trying to get out of the car, with all my might, slammed the car door shut onto the guy's arm and the door latch caught that, again, blood everywehere and he is screaming like a bitch.

As the car started to speed off it hooked back around to try to hit me...The mugger was there infront of me and in one move, I side stepped him and pushed him in front of the moving car which proceeded to hit him and knock him out cold. The boys left him there.

I picked up his head and slammed it about 10 times into the concrete, knocking out all his front teeth and prolly broke his arms from placing them on the street corner and jumping ( all 210 lbs ) onto them and listenting to the cracking sounds.

Yes, I got picked up for this by the police thanks to the pussy neighbors that watched this happen from their houses, yes, I had blood all over me. Yes it haunts me to this day when I roll past that area. I have driven there, but, I have never walked it again.

I got let go since this guy had mugged a few others and wasnt about to press charges since I made it clear to him that I WILL locate him thanks to taking HIS wallet and his entire family will die as a result of his actions towards me.

The only reason he was not dead that night is that I didnt want to do time for murder, but, I can assuredly tell you that I am 110% capable of ending human life without a blink of my eye.

You can think that you would kill if something happened, being there in the middle of it, you know for sure if you have the balls to do it.

how much would it take for me to kill someone only depends on the situation ... IE, how easy is it for me to hide the body, is it in a public place, etc ... :pimp

Dear SleazyDream

I can still remember that day you said on air.. holy crap..

To try to answer your question on this post, I would have to say that love will kill just as quickly as hate.

Have a great day!

Obsessed? No, I don't blame you at all for wanting to keep close tabs on him. After what he's put you through it is a wise move to know his situation at all times.

So his house of cards finally collapses eh? Cool. Hey, how are your fish doing? Must be just about time to fire up that awesome pond of yours, no?

There are situations where most anyone can be brought to kill.

warfare, self defense, duress, etc.

what would be the MIN. type of situation that would make you SERIOUSLY condider killing another human being?

All I need is a good reason and something to kill them with... :)

HeebyJeeby 03-23-2004 09:28 AM

Look at my son the wrong way and you die. There are some fucked up people on this planet and I would prefer not to wait for them to strike to do the killing.

The pond runs 24/7/365. Our high temps have been in the 60s this week so the koi are getting active. Saw two eagles circling yesterday, but they just peek around and go. Haven't caught a heron trying to fish yet this year.

The indoor fish are doing pretty well too.

What's the plan if one of them eagles decided to swoop down for the kill?

I'm envisioning a woman running outside with a sawed off shotgun yelling "GET AWAY FROM MY FISH DAMN YOU!!"

Because of the heron and raccoons I have a net over the pond. I think the eagles can see it. Until this year they ha a favorite scraggly branch on a nearby tree where they'd sit and watch until the crows harrassed them too much. The top of that tree broke off in a winter storm so they may be trying to figure out where to sit to watch the pretty fishies.

Don't think I could ever shoot at one. First I don't want to go to jail and second.. they'd only be doing what comes naturally.
