We have a developed DLL file but now we need to beable to make a webpage with an ActiveX auto-install. For example, when you go to download toolbars, they direct you to a page where the YES or NO comes up asking if you want to download the toolbar. You also see these kind of auto-installs on many websites for GAIN and WHENU.

Any ideas on how to do this? We made a toolbar and its written in C++.

GAIN is a program that comes with other programs...So it doesn't install itself...

The other program does it for the GAIN program.

I hope you understand what I mean

Ya, they bundle it. But how do they make the actual code to start the auto-install that you see on many websites?
