i've never tried jupiter... i've asked for quotes and gotten extremely high prices.... as you can see by my sig i have used webair for ages and they are the best host i've had.. their support is great, you get all the phone numbers for the staff and owner in case you need to call someone at home for any reason, and their prices are insane... their backbone is top notch, and they give free blowjobs to new customers....

I considered both for my three servers recently
In the end after searching this forum I seen Jupiter had way too much down time

And I heard from a little birdie that webair wanted to charge $150.00 per hr for tech time

So I went with phatservers in the end. I doubt you will find better support then phatservers

I had to use webair's tech support when one of the drives in my box died and i never paid a cent more.. maybe they charge you for setting up additional websites in your httpd.conf file or adding aliases to mail accounts, but hell, that is shit i would charge for too and it gives you more incentive to RTFM and learn ;)

Nothing is worse than helping an idiot out who has not interest in learning and wants you to do it all

They didn?t charge me I have never hosted with them.
Anyway who would pay for tech time on a failed drive that?s the host?s responsibility!
