I saw on discovery channel YEARS ago about how the us military had bullets which were smart bullets
all they do is one guy points a red laser pointer
another guy (can be positioned anywhere) fires the gun - the bullet will hit wherever the red laser is
so if they have such good technology - and they do - coz they showed it - then why all this fucking effort with missles etc?
