customer support - praises
Though the average support issue is someone requesting a username/password or someone with a techinical issue every now and then I get one that really makes me proud of the way our business model is built and the service we provide.
"I have a favorable view of you company and your site. You have been one of the honest ones. If there is anyway we can do business I would like to. Thank you so much." Anyone else get a warm tingly feeling when someone actually is compliments your adult products - like you've done the world some good? |
