But maybe say it was kept free for 'standard' members but ' silver' , 'gold' members etc could pay a certain fee to have added features to their account and whatever the hell that might entail.

Plenty of 16 year olds have credit cards.
Shortly after COPA came around the idea that credit cards would be a good age validation died. A board where all members proved they were webmasters would be nice tho. -Ben
