good friend of mine has spent over a year now on the atkins diet (but eating very healthily, not just bacon and eggs) and has lost at least 100 lbs, im very proud and happy for him, i can see the life coming back in his eyes :)

Once did a job at a local buffet, saw the same ppl in the dining room for all 8 hours. All they were doing was processing food. All fucking day. These ppl were easily 200lbs overweight and most needed two chairs to seat them.

The whole idea because someone is thin then they must have a healthy life style is such bullshit. My brother in law is 140 lbs eats me under the table and when he is now eating he is laying around. I worked with a chinese guy who used to joke how I got fucked in the game of genetic poker. Another rail thin guy who ate like he had three assholes and didnt exercise. Also people here talk big because they can hide behind the net. I would like to see who has the balls to say these things to my face.
