I;m no big fan of Bush's by any stretch. Think he's a scumbag from what he did to McCain's family in the South carolina primary BUT to put all the blame on him for 9-11 is silly. Does he have a good share of it? For sure. Is he totally to blame for it? Not a chance.

The 911 planning was under Clinton, as well as several terroist attacks. So I don't understand your line of thinking. Terroists don't care about Democrats or Republicans. Its all the same, they aren't the people that make the real decisions in the country.
