Joe from AMA took thousands of dollars of SoBeGirl money so that I could resell his content. Joe did this several years ago becuase he needed the money and at that time he was not really competing with SoBeGirl. I saw it as a good move back then and so did Joe.

But today, the market has tightened up and Joe finds himself competing with me head to head and he is not surviving. Of course I have more customers than he does because my prices are more competitive and I can deliver the content faster and I can take credit cards and many webmasters know I am honest.

He is very upset about this and believes that the fact that he is going out of business is my fault. Like I am driving him out of business or something. LOL pretty stupid I know. Those are the facts.

He has been threatening to sue me, threating to beat me up etc... All becuase he made a business deal with me, took my money but now does not want to continue with the deal.

Let me remind you folks that Joe has claimed publically on this board that I do have the right to sell this content. Do a search, look it uo. The problem today is that his business is dying. Nobody is buying his stuff and he blames it on me.

Nobody buys it becuase it is not that great. The lighting sucks, he is the stud in most of his movies and he is fat, and he has no milk when it is time for the money shot. Furthermore and I can tell you this as fact. He is selling content on his site that he does not have Photo IDs for and people are starting to realize this. He tried passing this content off to me but I would not buy it and sent it back. Look at what I wrote on one of the invoices he sent me.

Let me address your bullshit rants one by one..

First of all the invoices I posted show sales of content to SoBeGirl. What does sobegirl do? SoBeGirl sells content. Any moron can figure that out.

Second, when you sent ME content you did not send me little MPG1 files like you do to all your other clients. You sent me the original tapes. I have pics of that too if anyone wants to see them. You also sent me the Photo IDs (those that you had at least) and the model release forms. You don't send those out to all your clients. The reason I demanded them was becuase I will not sell any content that I don't have the docs for. So it is clear you knew that I was going to resell the content after I got it. You admitted it on this board. SoBeGirl sells content and you gave me everything I demanded to do in order to do that. You took my money and now it is a done deal.

You have been threatening to sue me for years. Look it up in a search. Joe admitted here on this board that I Have resale rights. He just does not like the price I am sellng them at and I don't like him telling me how to run my business.

Now you keep saying I am afraid to go to a show and I keep saying the reason I don't go is becuase today they are a waste of time. Usless indeed.
