Has anybody got experience with modifying Netbilling's shopping cart? I have zero design talent and the templates seem pretty blah. I'd love to see some examples of people's work, and I'd be willing to hire someone to make mine pretty :-)

It is html coding that you need, not any programming. You should be able to hire any html/graphics guy or girl to help you.
