Anybody use 2000charge ( http://www.2000charge.com/ ) to preform credit card transaction before? Do them as good as netbilling?

better to not fuck around with trying new processors, little processors, unknown processors... That may sound harsh to the new guys in that biz, but I've just seen wayyyy to many people fucked over the years from it... WSB, Glo-Bill, Etc...
Try a new sponsor, try a new content provider, try a new feed, try a traffic trade, but trust your processing to those that have been doing it for the distance... Epoch and CCbill come to mind... ![]()

I don't use 2000charge as my 3rd party processor, instead, I just want to apply my own merchant and use them to preform transaction. It is cheaper, and less risk than even you use CCbill because I can withdraw fund everyday and don't need to hold all $$$ by 3rd party processor.
Its funtion is same as what netbilling do. Because I find netbilling don't accpet new merchant account application currently, 2000charge may be a second choice for me. |

I would use 2000Charge as a backup billing processor. Just so you know. 2000Charge and Netbilling are not the same kind thing. Netbilling is a gateway for your own merchant account while 2000Charge is a 3rd party biller. If you can get the merchant account, Netbilling is the way to go.

We use it. But now switch to other billing, because 2000charge have big free and 20% take for hold.

I use them just for visa processing as I'm in Australia and can't process visas using ccbill (my primary processor). They always pay on time and I never have any problems with them, but don't ever expect any customer service, I wrote to them like 5 times once and not one email was ever answered... and its been months
