They didn't happen to just sit there, they took over the land at the expense of the Palestinians. Just like your parents where persecuted in Russia, Palestinians too where persecuted in the ME. They're dead and I blame Ben Laden and the US government for it. The US paid the extremists to fight there wars and the Saudis paid them to stay away from them. They both paid the price of there policies by the blood of there population. Very sad and unfortunate situation we're in.
