XXXOUTSOURCING is going to talk to the designer that did that, so their is still to hear from that designer other then that it's not the company's fault it's the designer's fault. But the company should of caught this.

Did they copy the logo or not? Just seems that they gave you some free design to close this issue from your reply. Thought your reputation was being questioned.

It wasn't copy / past ... But hell yeah it was copied . Look at the lines . Not 1 pixel difference . He just coped that part and did a ctrl+t on a background layer . He was too lazy to even re-do it himself his own way ...

Now seriously, an outsourcing company not only is responsible about providing work force, but also control what they do. If I get some stolen crap, a copyright infringement bill and a bad reputation, believe me I'd sue their asian asses! Guess we all learnt something today :glugglug

Chaldoray is an awsome guy, ive worked with him before and he is a very legit,,,, he would never copy any site,,, INCLUDING madthumbs... if he was ok with copying sites,, he wouldnt be pissed that he got a photocopy of another site.

Go back and read the thread again. Chaldoray hasn't designed anything, he hired XXX Outsourcing to do the design.

Problem is few customers nowadays want to pay the price it takes to create original design. This is the result :2 cents:

I only hired XXX OutSourcing for one site, get it through your head.. I will not do business with them in the near future that is for sure.

I dont think we'd be here talking if it was just bold text and cum dripping. But the lines are an exact copy if you match them up in a browser.

If the designer had changed the lines in the BG of the main image, it'd be unnoticeable. I mean come on, cum drips, therefore dripping cum on the letters. The lines though, same shit just tinted.

It was all a misunderstanding, the designer accidently hit cut and paste and presto, wow our logo's look the same.

You can learn a lot from a dummy. At a meta level, for design with intrinsic value stay away from outsourcing firms.
