Incorporation Options ? What state? online?
Looking to incorporate but I'd like to do it all online if there is anyone trustworthy out there.
What's the best state to create it under ?

Thanks guys. I appreciate the links.
Is there any advice as to why one state is better than another.? Florida has the cheapest license fees I've seen but what about the long run. Which one will I pay more for in taxes?
