The unnamed Argentinian student was trapped in flats above the Nazwor Restaurant.
The victim ? a former boss of the eaterie in Manor House, North London ? had walked in, doused himself in petrol and set it ablaze in front of staff and customers.
Locals said he had fallen badly into debt.
