Well Fuck me dead, stepped on the scale this morning, and Lo and Behold I am 2 pounds Lighter. I will share the Secret with some of you ! You must follow this very carefully!! Start off with a buffet breakfeast in the morning, followed by several Chilled Mexican Beers(dont forget the lime)Go Up and down the beach Searching for Girls Gone Wild spring break content ! Focusing in on appropriate areas of interest. Its 85 degrees out the in the sun Hot chicks, all lotioned up, makes me want to sweat. Its around noon by now, Need some shade, A couple of Kamakazis, followed by Pina Coladas will do the trick.A light Lunch with Calamari for appetiser, and Broiled shrimp in garlic for main course. Washed down with a couple of bottles of SOL. Back to the Beach scrutinising the new arrivals.Oh shit its Happy Hour , Bahama Mamas on the menu, How can I resist

Its Getting to be Supper time by now, a couple of beers to tide me over till Ruth Chris Steak house. Fine Rib Eye steak, wonderful bottle of red wine, delectable desert.Its getting to be Party Time , head to the "City" VIP Section,overlooking thousands of gyrating bodies. The Champagne and the Vodka is just a flowin, be sure to endulge freely.Dance the night away! Repeat as necesarry. 6 days lost 2 pounds, must rebook the trip, I mean I could lose 10 ponds a month , just what the Doctor ordered

i lost 10 pounds in Acapulco last week -- the diet of food poisoning, Red Bulls & Vodka, and dancing till your feet come off -- worked pretty well. then again the complete loss of control of bodily functions wasnt quite worth it
