updated daily i think is best.. maybe even hourly.
hourly might boost productivity if you make it clear the page updates every hour, but dont make it change every time the surfer visist.. thats just confusing then.

I just redesigned mine, got to add the top galleries that update every 5 minutes and I'll be done

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that |

all of mine update daily, but something similar I'm working on is gonna be updating hourly or every 15 min because of its nature
