10-Second Delay NCAA B-Ball T-ment
Well CBS is worried about fines from the FCC and they are putting a 10-Second delay in the whole Final Four/Championship game.
Can't recall any risque performances or any for that matter that would warrant them to do this. How far will the FCC go to next?
