cutting thumbs for my galleries, however it needs to be done by the same person all the time in order to get consistent quality results, also I'd prepare a list of of what I'm looking for....I would also need the thumbs to be adjusted...sharpen and contrast and brightness

also, similar to above expect with movie gals, however this woudl involve going through the scenes and cutting clips 20sec each, then finding a good thumb for the clips, apprx. 10 clips per gal


time 1hr/gal - budget,5$/gal - need 5 a week to start, need them done on a weekly basis

Thumbs would be cents each. As long as the quality guidelines are clear, should be no problem.

Coding. Long and tedious. I would love someone else to do my programming for me. Depending on what I a working on, it can take several hours a day for a week. I could probably find someone to do this for me, but we all know how unreliable programmers are. If I were to hire someone, I would pay $100 a job at the least, since I know what a bitch it is to do. I would give a 2 week deadline to program one site.

OK i have a couple of projects which i have been putting off which i would love to outsource.

paidtrades.com - creating fake tgps for specific sponsors
these thumb preview tgps would not only pay tgp trades the full commission from the clicks to the galleries but would give traffic back to tgps
I would need
1. download all of the free content from the sponsors webmaster area
2. thumb all of these images
3. Take gallery templates like gallery template and replace each of the selling text based on the images used
4. load the galleries into comus thumbs


To get the original feeder traffic i would need you to submit those galleries to other tgps with one of the buttons being a recipical to fake tgp.

I own 200+ domains each rented to other people.
i would need you to
1. add the recipical to each of these galleries to the fake tgp
2. enter the freetgpsubmitter tag to the galleries
3. change the link code to be the referal code of these people ( i would provide you with a list)
4. enter all the galleries into freetgpsubmitter account (i would provide you with the username and password)
5. upload the galleries to the appropriate folders (i would provide you with the directory structure)

for got to add the other parts you were asking for

1. downloading and creating the thumbs and loading the images into the gallery template took me a week (but i ran it in the back ground using batch scripts in firewire and dreamweaver)

2. Haven't done the creating the selling text but on average it takes me 5-10 minutes per content set to make up the gallery selling text and to (find and replace it for the content set)


3. Adding the recipical bar consists of finding and replacing the top of the gallery template with a table that includes <FREETGPSUBMITTER> in one cell and the custom recipical in the other (2 minutes entering the information - running dreamweaver find and replace on the folder with all the galleries takes like a 4 hours - i ran it on an old pentium 266 though and switched the monitor back to my main machine so if your machines are faster it would take a lot less time)

4. changing the recipical code requires a find and replace by folder (cut and paste from the list given 3 to 5 seconds per domain) runs in the background.

5. loading the galleries into free tgp submitter and ftping the galleries up to the server takes like 3- 8 minutes per gallery.


Budget for all this $200- 300 per fake tgp depending how many images were in the sponsors site.

Time frame 1 tgp per month until all the sponsors were covered.

sorry should have clarified that a lot of the actions can be done at the same time.

downloading images could be done at the same time
as a batch was running making thumbs
as a find and replace was running on the selling text
as entering the of a gallery into the freetgpsubmitter
