Question: Where would you focus Microsoft if you was the MD in the UK?? biz skills...
A friend is doing a presentation on this, one of her main dieas is to focus microsoft on mobile phone technology because the interfaces on phones should be done by microsft (eg software) as people know the windows interface for example....
Any other ideas.... and financial implications???

Move into open source, secure yourself shares and a role there and then leave microsoft
