They were the ones that didn't pay webmasters and had the rule in their TOS that if you went to the boards to complain you wouldn't be paid at all. I assume this finally caught up to them. Took long enough.

I just got a notice from the United States Bankruptcy Court - Northern District of Georgia, that Insite Investments, Inc. dba Insite Adult, filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy on 06/28/04.

The Case number is: 04-70243-crm for anyone that's owed money.
This notice explains that there's a meeting of Creditors & Deadlines that's being held on July 28, 2004 @ 10:30am in Room 365, Russell Federal Building, 75 Spring Street SW, Atlanta, GA 30303

Deadline to file a complaint objecting to Discharge of the Debtor or to Determine Dischargeability of certain debts is: 09/27/04.
