I can't get into the website. Can you tell me what program it is briefly?

There was a thread here a week ago about the involvement of "Yambo
Financials" in some mortgage spams. Well, it seems that they've
diversified.

Today's spam is a hardcore pr0n item, complete with explicit graphics in
the spam, pointing to <http://www.geocities.com/ghasfvsdaf1357/>. That
page says, among other things, "The site is owned and operated by Yambo
Financials Ltd. (UK)".

Joe job? Hard to say. On the "join" page at
<http://www.geocities.com/ghasfvsdaf1357/join.html> it has an image of
what is apparently a "Yambo card", and the text:

YamboCards is an authorized sales agent for this site. For your safety
we use highly secure credit card processing server with secure
certificate. Your order is entered using a secure server, plus your
credit card information is transferred internally using PGP, the most
powerful encryption available.


The page also has a <mailto:[email protected]> and most of the links
go to xbitches.com. The sign-up page has a form from
<"http://yambocards.com?to=join&sid=1070&advid=1074">

So, are they just a credit-card company that the spammer is using, or is
there truth in the site's statement that "The site is owned and operated
by Yambo Financials Ltd. (UK)". If that's a joe, then why? Why would they
want to antagonize their credit-processor?

"The site is owned and operated by Yambo Financials Ltd. (UK)" is a statement that allows them to circumvent VISA/MC rules regarding third party processing. As simple as that. However I think it's very stupid of them to do not look carefully who they are working with. They already had problems when some lolita sites used them for CC processing this way...

Anyway, I would not recomment anybody to deal with them. I did not have any bad experience with them, though honestly I did not worked much with them either, just passed couple of payments through. But from all I know about them, they are walking the edge. In other words - their stability is very questionable.
