Ah, I did forget Rye. But, if you had to choose White or Wheat, and only White or Wheat, which would it be. Because if I listed Rye then I would have to list French Onion, and if I listed French Onion I would have to list poppy seed, and if I listed poppy seed I would have to list toasted. True. I used to say white, but I am starting to like some wheats, especially whole grains. Rye is still my fav.

wheat is healthier and tasty so wheat it is. although i prefer white bread when im having avocado on it.

I like white bread better, it's tastier and sweeter! Although I have to admit that wheat bread is much healthier. I should really try to like it more.
