Stealing sucks. Someone stole one of my mom's pictures , copied it in photo shop and sold it the the Gilmore Girls set for a few thousand..

Just have your lawyer send them a C&D, usually takes care of it. If not, then you get to take them to court.

Get a lawyer who will take it on a percentage basis if you cannot afford to sue them yourself.
A C&D is not required, they stole your property. Do you have to tell a car thief to stop driving your car before you call the police? |
