Design work need a splash page done
Ok guys here is what i need. ( this is for a freind not me )
My freind needs a splash page done in flash with logo and background music he will supply. For the logo all he wants is the # 8 in it. For the splash page he wants 3 pictures with the background links. An example of what he wants is at this url http://www.tarkandudu.com/ His price range is $150.00 for this project.
