vid cards
ok my main computer took a nasty the other day.. I have lost the video card a Gainward 4600 with dual DVI outputs..
I will send it off as it still under warnty but it needs to be replaced and was time for a new system anyway. I'm not a big fan of ATI but I havn't kept up with the latest and greatest cards. What's the best pick now days? I know G Force has the 5950 now, so how is it compaired to the early models of let's say the 5900's.. I don't game as much as I used too but I still play and want a fast card.. my 4600 never gave me any problems with any game.. so it was plenty fast enough. But I guess it's time for a upgrade.. what's the best pick?

lol I don't need to call for support the card is dead.. I need to buy a replacment.. so I'm looking for a replacment card.. just need to know what's hot right now
