Immediate position available: 1 "modern" TGP webmaster

As a "modern" TGP webmaster you should possess the TOTAL lack of the following skills;

1. PERL/PHP/etc experiance, I can't have a perfect running script
2. Any OS experiance, /dev/null IS a valid directory
3. Knowlege of HTML forms, I want submitters to constantly try to upload an image
4. Reading what you rip from other TGPs, The rules worked for him you don't need to know them
5. Know the difference between ban and delete, 1 slip up from a submitter is 1 too many
6. Counting, hey I want 1 out link, MY RECIP, submitters are my FREE content
7. Emotional self control, FLAME the bastard for submitting in a relavent category
8. Knowlege of traffic value, since this is a new TGP I want $1000 for the top spots
