    $150 Logo Contest

    I have begun working on resource project and am looking for a logo to be done up for "WebmasterDirectory.com"

    I originally cam up with


    Ideal color scheme will be blue, white, black

    I am looking for a simple, sharp, & clean corporate style with some flare


    Logo will be sitting in the upper right of each page on the website. So a logo thats more horizontal would be best and no wider than 240 pixels....

    Also the winning designer will get 2 more logo jobs along with this contest.

                                                          I would try and keep the logo all horizontal text / icons on same level.

                                                          not sure if you guys read the whole thing but the logo i came up with was my try at making it myself , your design doesnt have to be anything like my original try.

                                                                                                                                                                                  A ton of companies, products, sites, and groups popularize the black widow as a logo in various incarnations.

                                                                                                                                                                                  Smack's design has a spider that is curved in appearance, while mcweb software's spider uses straight lines for the legs.
                                                                                                                                                                                  The mcweb software spider also has a set of noticeable eyes.

                                                                                                                                                                                  A widow spider would not be my choice for a logo however, as it's an over used symbol in logo design.
