I need a new camera! Know any good ones?

So today I woke up a bit late and was in a hurry to get to a meeting with a new potential model. I grabbed all my stuff including my camera and rushed out the door. Well here in Mn we have just lovely weather so it was hailing and *tragedy* I dropped my camera. Smashed to pieces... Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a good quality digital camera that can make movies and has alot of space. Thanks!

I use a Sony Cybershot 5megapixels, good camera, with video capabilities. you need to get a bigger memory stick when you buy it (comes with just a 16mb)

i have the cybershot 3.2 version with 124mb card .. no sound on hte videos makes its a bit shit .. and their cards arent compatible with anyother cameras or devices that are non sony which also sucks and drives up the prices of the cards themselves

my advice would be try and get one of the new canon digicams

If you can't afford 4K then no need for you to buying a camera for content.

And if you are using your STILL cam for video... no comment.
Get a vx2K or a canon for video. I have a VX and I love it.

The Olympus E1 is a good one. Absolutely great resolution and easy to handle.

Otherwise the Canon 1D or 10D would be a good choice.

Here's a link for the E1

Cheers,
Thomas

interesting that you should mention this. usually guys don't want this camera for web work.

but i just starting shooting with 14n, slow iso capability, but with strobes it is superb, the look of medium format on the web.

not good at high iso though.
