Doesn't have to be any new laws made outlawing porn on the internet. The current laws (which vary from community to community) could be used to send thousands to prison.
Obtaining hosting out of the US is not going to save you. If you build the pages in the US and upload them from the US, the "crime" was committed in the US. |
