You may even use the image of yourself as well, you won't be Chinese president. As about the picture shown in your post, so he is a former (1) Head of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) (2). Remember, that China is not a democratic country. The Head of the CCP is being elected by central committee of CCP only. So once again: Jiang Zemin is a former one so he is not a president.

Western press usually calls the Head of the CCP as President. So there is some confusion with terminology. Thus you may consider the Head of the CCP as President and we may argue about the terminology forever. But you can't argue that Jiang Zemin (shown at your picture) is a former Head of the CCP (you may call him President or whatever you want). I.e. he just a former one!
