A van with detonators and an Arabic-language tape of Koranic verses were found near Madrid, Interior Minister Angel Acebes said Thursday, opening new lines of investigation into the train bombings.

The Spanish government will do anything in it's power to blame the ETA. They don't want people to think that it has anything to do with the troops they got in Iraq.
