                  This part, you may remember:

                  You may remember Phillips from reports about the fraud suit brought against him last April by a local model who said she didn't agree to have her photos posted on his site. Her photos were taken down and the was case dismissed a few months later.

                  Damn, I felt sorry for that girl. Her parents found her online. She made up a bullshit story but I had her release, ID, and emails between us where she agreed to shoot boy/girl. I took down her photos, but really didn't have to do so.... the case was thrown out.

                  That girl got a LOT of shit from locals. They made fun of her for claiming NOT to know what was going on. It WAS a ridiculous claim, but I still felt bad for her.

                                                                                                  Actually, it's all about HOW you talk to them... notice the reporter called me soft spoken? Believe me, I'm not really all that soft spoken... but I've spent a long time getting down a certain way to talk and act around people that makes them WANT to do what I want them to do.


                                                                                                  A psychology class or two is a good thing. So are sales training books... ANY kind of sales training. Then making all of the info you learn fit with your personality....
